I made a mistake when installing, I selected ISO
20.04.3 (2020-03-15)
I just reinstalled (virtualbox) by selecting the correct one
(focal-desktop-amd64.iso)
and indeed, the shortcut discrepancy is fixed.
Excuse my mistake.
