Tere Pasi,
Excellent! Indeed it is already available:
https://www.hellotux.com/xubuntu
And.... nice to see Xubuntu interest in Finland!
I am thankful,

Hello!
For ages now, Hellotux [1] have offered officially endorsed Xubuntu t-shirts
[2] (and more). I do realize the variance in the offering is not broad and
might not appeal everybody.
That said, you *can* print your own designs for your personal use within
certain limitations. I have written down this information in the
xubuntu-marketing Git repository [3], but briefly:
– Use official logos and official colors
– Do not modify: this covers placement and proportions
– Use common sense with placement: do not place close to other graphical
elements
Considering the limitations, it would be OK to print the front as is, but for
the backside, the arrangement with the icon and wordmark is not OK, partially
because they do not have enough spacing that
they would be considered different design elements.
Personally, I would either drop the wordmark from the back or separate the icon
and wordmark more clearly and potentially add something to the design to imply
that the wordmark and icon are not part
of a single design element. Also, we don't have an official ruling about this,
but when Xubuntu is written outside the logo, it's always with a capital X.
Cheers,
Pasi
