Did you check the settings in "light locker" in the settings manager? that was
giving me some issues in the past

It's all set up right in power manager as far as I can see, display
should blank, etc. after about 10 minutes idle but it never does.
It used to work fine in previous versions.
Does anyopne have any idea what might be wrong?
