How do you access the videos? With a browser via HTML5 or the years old
Adobe flashplayer? IIRC brand new videos take a day or so, before they
are encoded for access without flashplayer. I guess the best solution
for those who want to watch videos on any tube platform anyway is to
install Google Chrome. However, AFAIK youtube makes videos accessible
for everybody, just a HTML5 capable browser is required, even for
videos with advertisements.

I guess Google Chrome is only available for 64-bit architecture and at
least not by official repositories.
