16.04.1 LTS
Is there a way to configure mouse/scroll bars so that a 'page' click
(i.e.,between the thumb/slider and button) goes up or down by a single
page instead of jumping tothe relative postion of the click? I've tried
different themes, left/middle/right mouse button, etc., etc., but to
noavail.
