I've updated some new images highlighting the issue clearly. As you can see in the images, instead of having a proper style, the dropdowns are showing a simple rectangle (when the dropdowns are not expanded to shoe their options). I've use two themes to demonstrate this, Arc-dark and Greybird. I can't remember applications which are using dropdowns, so these are the only ones I could think of.
