I have users with few to no english knowledge. I have configured de_DE locale for them. In "Language Support" I have set:
Language for menus and windows: Deutsch (Deutschland) English (United States) language-pack-de is installed Most of the XFCE programs now have German menus, but thunar still shows its menus in English and not in German.
