Hmm, it's already set to 'true' which *seems* as if it should stop the
animation:-
browser.stopReloadAnimation.enabled true
... nd I also have:-
xul.panel-animations.enabled false
Which seems to be more specific to my problem, but it's disabled so
why is my panel being animated?
