I have 2.10.18, no problems except opening files created on it on older
versions. Maybe you need to try this release.

have made an update and installing gimp 2.10-14 on my xubuntu 18.04

and much more ...
the selectivity circle stucks and nothing happens.
But reinstalling gimp 2.8 brings back all the missing functions.
Has anyone made same or similar experiences with gimp 2.10-14 ?

Because this Combination of Graphicscard and gimp 2.8 is up and
running, I think, anything is wrong with gimp 2.10.
