I have been updating my Xbuntu distributions through:
$sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade -y
for many years without problems, ..., that is until 20.04. I always get
the following messages:

Release n'a pas de fichier Release.
N: Les mises à jour depuis un tel dépôt ne peuvent s'effectuer de
manière sécurisée, et sont donc désactivées par défaut.
N: Voir les pages de manuel d'apt-secure(8) pour la création des dépôts
et les détails de configuration d'un utilisateur.
E: Le dépôt http://ppa.launchpad.net/cassou/emacs/ubuntu focal Release

I understand the "emacs" repository seems to be problematic, not secure,
BUT why doesn't it updates the other packages??
On the other hand, the Update Manager has no problems updating all the
packages, what is the problem???
