Hello David,
you should see the powermagement-symbol in the panel. It looks like a
battery.
After a click with the left mousbutton on this icon you will find a
checkbox called "presentation mode" (or something like that: I don't
know the exact word, because I use the german language). If you
activate this function, your screen will never be locked or dimmed.
