Left Ctrl-Shift didn't work... And that is more than annoying...
Paste text without formatting - Ctrl-Shift-V
Select cell ranges in a spreadsheet - Ctrl-Shift-Down
And many, many more.
The solution: Don't use Left Ctrl-Shift for keyboard layout switching. I
am now using left win-key.
After so many months of frustration I am so happy with this solution
that I like to share it. :-)
