OP here, yes I think that's exactly what is causing the hold-up. Thank
you for finding it, I couldn't.

It also means I'll keep waiting as both my 20.10 systems are EFi
(though I haven't looked to see if they're version 1.10), I've no
desperate need to move to 21.04, yet.
