We are PXE installing Xubuntu by using the Ubuntu Server base and
adding the xubuntu-desktop and several other packages. We're finding
some UEFI machines refuse to boot even with UEFI turned off.

Currently the storage option in user-data looks like:

storage:
    layout:
      name: direct

If we change this to something like

storage:
    version: 1
    config:
      - id: sda
        type: disk
        ptable: gpt

Will this work with drives like nvme drives? Will it autoconfig and
set grub up in the correct spot?

Thanks

Charles
