In the rush to send the images, I didn't mention, first of all my apologies for sending images, I didn't know it was prohibited.
Secondly, the sent of the images was based especially on the following situations (now sent with a mediafire link): image00 - reflects PC settings image01 - screen of the presumed installation image02 - image that appeared after 3 hours without leaving the screen of image01, when I involuntarily pressed the Esc key Which I am naturally unable to understand, and the only issue that seemed strange to me was that in the last lines, are 2 warning lines saying: *"chown: warning: should be subuntu.xubuntu"* and a line saying: *"Failed to start up manager"* If someone can help, I thank you in advance Ar AM CR <[email protected]> escreveu (quarta, 12/02/2025 à(s) 20:11): > Thank you for your words > > Here is a link of mediafire with the 3 images > > > https://www.mediafire.com/folder/nlofodcvcjb9w/linux > > Victor Forberger <[email protected]> escreveu (quarta, 12/02/2025 > à(s) 19:18): > >> On 2/12/25 13:01, Liam Proven wrote: >> > On 11/02/2025 17:37, AM CR wrote: >> >> Good afternoon everyone. >> >> >> >> I apologize in advance if I am breaking any rules, but the frustration >> of >> >> not being able to install >> >> >> >> version 24.04 of Xubuntu leads me to ask for help. >> >> >> >> I have never used Linux, so I am completely new to the subject. >> >> >> >> The attached images reveal the situation that is happening to me. >> >> Explaining >> >> >> >> The machine, as you can see in the image00, meets the minimum >> >> requirements >> >> for installation. >> >> So I downloaded the image "xubuntu-24.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso" >> >> Then created the DVD from the iso >> > >> > A real physical DVD?
