The main changes in this release are:
- User Agent now in HTTP headers. Anyone aggregating User Agent statistics should update their scripts.
- Error page instead of error dialog
- Superior CSS support compared to M2. Try about:mozilla.
- XUL Overlay support
- Some stability bugfixes
