Ha ha! +1!

This argument sounds a little silly really.  My opinion is that XUL is
not Mozilla specific although largely a concept they have initiated. 
That's my opinion though - I had no idea XUL was trademarked and I'll
have to investigate that further.

Also, I do remember it stating on mozilla.org that XUL stands for Xml
User-interface Language - I'll clarify that at a later date when I have
time to look (I'm in a bit of a hurry with this email).
