Mozilla suffers from the same problem as XAML, that it ties you into a
particular environment that must be premeditated.  You cannot visit an
XUL app and have Mozilla automatically pre-install itself, which makes
it more of an Intranet / internal-company application platform than a
rich UI alternative to HMTL forms.
