Have they actually trademarked their product "XUI"? I'm kind
of curious how this would play out within an international
context as other countries (or at least organizations/people
have created "XUI"s. As well Also throwing into the mix would
be the relationship between copyright and trademark. Purnama
XUI is protected under copyright law within Canada and so I
don't think they would have any legal power to tell me to
change my project's name.

Either way I don't see anything there other than some fancy
flash and a cute Web page. Looks like vaporware to me.
