The current specification is heavily based on the requirements in the
Ozone-Prowler environment. Our first idea was the definition of a
declarative language using the core concepts of XSLT. The implementation
works very fine. The discussions with Tom and all other list members
pointed out that this specification only applies to a very specific
point of view, the so called 'document-centric' view. So far all the
discussions did not come to a common conclusion. So there is still the
need of discussion.
