I am simply handling the set of fonts that X.Org ships.   For other fonts,
like those you suggest, the various localization teams will be responsible
for selecting and packaging them, and then telling the LiveCD team to include
those packages on the LiveCD instead of these.  By putting the Daewoo fonts
in a separate package, that becomes a much simpler process for the LiveCD
team to do.

(Frankly, I can't really tell a good Korean font from a bad one, which is
 why I leave this decision up to our Korean localization team, who is much
 more qualified than I am to make such decisions.)
