How can I set the scroll rate for my mouse wheel under Xorg? I came across an old blog post from Alan Coopersmith that gives instructions for how to do this, but it looks like it is for Xsun only, not Xorg. I'm able to set it for Firefox as it has a pref to specify how many lines to scroll per wheel event, but I would like to set this for all applications.
