Well, I'm guessing that it might be X or FOX related. When I had DP2 running, compiling and installing FreeType 2.3.5, the Helvetica fonts from SXCE rendered just fine. Now on RC2a, the same FreeType 2.3.5 source code compiled fails to make that font work. I get a simple non-AA sans-serif when selecting Helvetica.
What could be the cause? Indiana comes with FOX, right? Is this a side effect of the ongoing replacement of code? -mg This message posted from opensolaris.org
