That is the version of the package shipped in Solaris 10 3/05.
We cannot change it in update releases or patches, so it has
no connection to the version of the Xorg server included.
For all intents and purposes that version string has no meaning
other than "Solaris 10".

Okay, so there is no problem, and you're running Xorg 1.3 as expected.
Sun hasn't released any newer Xorg versions than that.
