I am sponsoring this case for Jay Cotton. I have marked it closed approved automatic as it simply adds an option to xload that has been in the community version for several years. -Alan Coopersmith- alan.coopersmith at sun.com Sun Microsystems, Inc. - X Window System Engineering Template Version: @(#)sac_nextcase 1.66 04/17/08 SMI This information is Copyright 2008 Sun Microsystems 1. Technical Description xload is a program that displays the X server load average. This project updates our current version of xload to the open source xload version 1.0.2, which introduces a new option to the existing set of options. The following new option is being added: -remote <host name> Allows the command to monitor load on a remote system. The -remote option reads the load on remote systems from the rwho data files in /var/spool/rwho. Sites who want to use this option will first need to configure in.rwhod on the appropriate hosts.
