So we've talked a bit internally, and given the previously mentioned
issues, and the current X.Org community plan for an Xserver 1.4.1
release to fix some of them (tentatively set for November 1), and the
current Solaris Express Developer Edition 1/08 release cycle (which
will close builds 78 & 79 to high-risk integrations), the current
tentative target will be Xorg server 1.4.1 & associated drivers going
into nv_80, for which the X code freeze is Nevada build 80, and just
skipping 1.4.0 altogether.
Hopefully the redistributabilty work we're doing for Indiana will let
us post test packages for this one - if not, we'll at least have
either a branch of the fox gate or a mercurial changeset you can
apply to it to build your one.
