I don't expect anyone not paid for it to contribute in a full-time manner.
Whatever time you have free after whatever work pays your bills and family
time, sure - but for most people I expect that's on the order of a couple
hours a week, not 40+ hours a week.

Not that sexy - paycheck, with time off for holidays, vacations, & weekends;
and some training yes. Free cars? Only if you're the CEO, or I think in

If you've changed your mind since your previous posts of
"I will never accept any paid jobs" then we can go talk to
management. (I can't promise anything, since I control $0
of Sun's budget, but we can take this off-list and see what's
possible.)
