I have moved the xkb stuff to our own version of SUNWxorg-xkb. No different packages should ever interfere with one another. Especially not, if they even share the same name-prefix. Now, with our own version of SUNWxorg-xkb, we can force users to first uninstall the Sun-provided SUNWxorg-xkb package, before installing ours (exclusive version), or just to omit installing our pkg if SUNWxorg-xkb happens to be installed already (maybe adding a hint to the README). An even better way might have been, to call our pkg something like SUNWxorg-fox_xkb. But we would then be required to install stuff into different locations (i.e. "share" instead of "lib"). But this would involve adding too much more logic to everything else that ever points to xkb. And then the question would always be, to which distributor provided xkb flavour to point to. -- %martin This message posted from opensolaris.org
