Don't run Xorg -configure in that build - it's broken.
(It was a bug from the X.Org release candidate included in
that build which was fixed in the X.Org 6.9 final release
from the community.)
Upgrade to a newer Solaris Express release or use xorgconfig
instead of Xorg -configure to generate your xorg.conf file.
