Per GPU, real or not. System configs effected:
+ One card multiple GPUs
+ Multiple cards
+ W1100z/2100z with a single card as the parent node gets enumerated
twice making it look like there are two GPUs in the system. I believe
this particular problem is fixed in b114.

nvidia-xconfig only adds a BusID enumeration to the Device section
when told to scan for multiple cards (nvidia-xconfig -a). Otherwise
it trusts the system to select the primary card.
