Hello, does it mean I don't need to work on enhancing the x86/x64
DRI/DRM support to include some of the more recent chipsets?
Then this saves me time, because I have an Interview as Java-Developer
on Tuesday.

BTW, as info for those who are not on fox-notify: I have re-schuffled
the fox-gate pkgdefs to cover SPARC in a better and more complete
manner (and can soon release new binary distro-packages for SPARC and
x86/x64:

Now after some sleep (and a complete re-build) I had to find, that a
few packages do not build successfully.
It must primarily come, because of the !search directives in the
prototype files (If I recall correctly, you can only have a unique one
for each subdir, per prototype file, something like that).
So I must fix this now.
I also clean up the app/mrxvt, app/icewm, lib/freeglut and
lib/openmotif subdir's Makefiles. Plus I may add a few further tny
tools and patch xdm (for nice background and info commands running
transparently visible in background), but that's it for the old gate.
But beyond this you can start to move the SPARC stuff upstream, if you
like. Yes, also xkb data files.
However, for the 1.3 gate you have most of the important things, only
maintenance is to come.
