Carlos,

I've been using a modified xorg.conf for months to
correctly set the dpi to 133. However, on updating
to snv_87, that modified xorg.conf no longer sets
the dpi to 133 - it goes to 96. Looking in the log
file, it appears that the dpi is set to 133 and later
(near the end of the log) it is set back to 96. I'd
be interested in what I need to add to the xorg.conf
file to get dpi correctly set.

DPI of 96 does not happen with Solaris 10 U5 and did
not with snv_86 or older with the modified xorg.conf.

I don't use gnome so I need to fix things in the
xorg.conf so things work correctly in CDE (and
gnome if I choose to use it at some later time).
I know I should get used to gnome but I prefer
the simple (and faster) CDE, especially on older
notebooks and SunRays.

Thanks,

Stuart
