Wouldn't it be of advantage to automatically run the 64bit version of X11 if Solaris fired up in 64bit mode, alone for performance reasons? I know that right now, the X server is hardcoded as a service property, but maybe there should be some sort of transient service on which GDM depends on, that checks the ISA and then sets the property on applications/x11-server accordingly.
