The people working on Intel video drivers would know best, but I don't think
support for the Intel 3xxx series graphics is in Solaris until snv_74 (aka
the current SXCE release, not in SXDE until the next release early next year).
I've cc'ed xwin-discuss where you'll find more people who know about Xorg
configuration and driver issues.
