They renamed the driver from i810 to intel at version 2.0.   We still have
the old 1.7.4 driver in Solaris - work on updating to 2.0 is in progress.

The driver is the same between Linux, Solaris & FreeBSD - the "support"
is the set of cards supported under a Solaris support contract - it will
work with most of the current GeForce cards, but if you're using one you
can't escalate issues through Sun support to nvidia for a fix, just ask
nicely (and in many cases they'll fix anyway).
