Can't remember exactly what versions I've tried, a couple of the snv_5x versions anyway. So that would have been 6.9. I could only use the vesa driver with those versions.
I upgraded XOrg yesterday to a 7.2 build (I work for Sun) and I was then able to use the i810 driver with the GMA 950 card that the macbooks have (with snv_55). I want to use this machine with an external display (at 1920x1200) so I'll probably need to tweak the memory settings. That's tomorrow... -chrisk This message posted from opensolaris.org
