The X ChangeLogs and source release on opensolaris.org have been
updated for Nevada build 56.
Notable changes since the last drop (build 52):
- Integration of PSARC 2006/609: Xserver provider for DTrace
- Addition of libXpm, sxpm & cxpm due to conversion to Xorg 7.x
modular builds of the xpm software
- Updates to newer versions of fixesproto, xproto, xkbproto,
& libXfixes, in preparation for upcoming Xorg 7.2 integration
- A number of auto-configuration improvements for Xorg
As of build 54, the keytables & XKB data files for both Xsun & Xorg
are delivered via the Globalization (G11n) consolidation instead of
the X consolidation, to allow easier updating of the many international
keyboard variants by the localization teams. SUNWxorg-xkb is thus no
longer included in our code drops.
