hi, folks, I am porting DRI 3D driver to solaris. Now, I put a binary on our project page:
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/dri/files/radeon-nv77.tar.gz There is an install script in that tarball, just run it with "install" parameter in terminal.I test the tarball on snv_77/78. But it probably work for snv_71 ~ 76 as well. If the installation causes your system unavailable, you can boot into fail-safe mode (Choose it in GRUB menu), and run "rem_drv -b /a radeon" and then reboot, Note: Don't install this, if you have an Intel graphics cards, which is using i915(7d) driver.
