Yes, but under a strange "you can use this as open source only on open
source OS'es, but not on non-open source OS'es", which I think means you
could use it on OpenSolaris, but I'm not sure about Solaris itself.

Mainly just bug fixes I think. Sun's is based on Motif 2.1, while
OpenMOTIF forked off the main Motif branch at 2.1.30 if I remember
right. (Not that I think anything has happened to the closed Motif
branch since OpenMOTIF was forked.)
