http://bugs.opensolaris.org under the xserver category (probably devices_x86).

Including your /var/log/Xorg.0.log would be useful to get the information about
your configuration.

I'm not sure what other information the driver teams would need (I work on the
core X server, not the video drivers).

There's also a xwin-discuss mailing list/forum here on opensolaris.org where
more of the X team can be found.
