Christian is asking for combinations on the notebook keyboard which doesn't have dedicated keys for PageUp/PageDown. Instead there is a Fn key combination press needed.
Do we have a dtrace script that can be run on this notebook to verify the X server is getting keycodes for each key needed in these sequences?
