While Martin Bochnig worked on some, I'm not aware of anywhere you can
currently download binaries to install for them. I've cc'ed
xwin-discuss where you're more likely to get answers to these questions.

The XVR-100 should work, but I don't think ever got officially certified
in hardware that old.
Are graphics on an Ultra 5 or Ultra 10 supported?
No. Officially, all SPARC workstations older than Ultra 25/45 are EOL
and not supported on anything newer than Solaris 10. The Ultra 5/10
use the same m64 driver for the onboard graphics as the Sun Blade 100/150.
