Hi! Try creating a new Android project with existing sources. Add the "application" subfolder as project root folder. Eclipse should now setup everything as needed. The main clue is not to set the repository root folder as project folder. If you want the unit test / integration test project in Eclipse just add the test folder as a new second project.
