I've opened the following issue on github:
A while ago I did a proof-of-concept implementation of sending files via DCC
from a device with the following command:
/dcc SEND <nickname> <file>
Actually I don't know if the command is still working. There's no GUI for it
you have to reference a file from your SD card... something like:
/dcc SEND somenickname /sdcard/afile.txt
