That is definitely not normal, unless an emergency-saved (send HUP signal to yade) simulation was recovered automatically and run again -- but that would be said at the console, do you see some message like that? If so, delete the recovery xml file. (I am thinking of disabling this thing. The initial intent was that yade receives HUP from UPS, for instance, saves the simuation and resumes when run the next time.)
