If the law is picewise linear, it is still possible to write it with total Un (e.g. storing an internal Un_max). If not, you are in the case that I was calling irreversible non-linearity, and it might be more complex to use total Un (perhaps not impossible). It depends on your law really.Do you have irreversible non-linearities?I would need the incremental formulation because I need to make distinction between loading and unloading stage.
