Public bug reported:
Qt main window will not let somebody change dt from manual to auto. We can
click the radio button but it doesnt change anything.
The feature has been lost in the latest release changing qt window format.
The only way to change dt assignment mode is now using python, in that case it
is is reflected in Qt window correctly (O.usesTimeStepper = True/False).
