Hi Tao, sorry for not replying to your previous mail. There was no change that should make qglviewer not detected; what changed is that if qglviewer-qt4 (debian package) is found, libQGLViewer (fedora) is not being looked for anymore; you can see changes with bzr qlog. If in doubt, you can post build.log to the list; otherwise there is not much I can do. Didn't you uninstall the package by accident?
