CohesiveChain: velocity/positions tested in transient dynamics and
equilibrium state ... ok
I double checked. There is really only renaming involved in the
commits, it can't modify the results (I hope!).
It must be a local problem on your pc. I'm putting the test back in
place.
I also double-checked. With pristine compilation of 2542, there is no
problem, while pristine 2545 fails (both with clang++ and --debug). Can
you check by actually _running_ the test from those 2 revisions instead
of reading the diff? (It will be the same on the laptop, where I first
discovered the test failure, while it used to pass before).
