If we speak about affiliations, isn't it a little strange that those of
Vaclav's 3SR are different from those of others' 3SR ? (in

vs Grenoble INP - UJF - CNRS ?

In affiliations, you need to make the difference between where you are
at a moment, and where you were when you produced something.
In the present case, it makes more sense to keep the older affiliation
since CVUT is the institution where you made your PhD. I don't think it
is logical to acknowledge Insbruck for a work you have done already.
Universities do care about that: they are cited at the same time as you
are, then ranked at the international level, etc.
For the same reason, I've put 3SR in Luc (Sch.) affiliation, even if he
is at CSIRO now.
